Job summary

Databricks is seeking an experienced Customer Enablement Architect to design and lead customer enablement and talent-transformation programs across Australia and New Zealand. You will partner with Sales, Field Engineering, Training Delivery, and Operations to deliver learning solutions and successful execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Enablement, Talent Transformation, Training, Customer Success, or related program management.
• Hands-on Builder Mindset with a track record of prototypes, automation tools, or technical apps.
• Experience creating and leading enablement programs in partnership with Sales and technical teams.
• Experience in Big Data, AI, Cloud platforms, or enterprise tech with ability to understand curricula and certifications.
• Strong customer and executive engagement skills, including discovery, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Commercial insight to link skill outcomes to renewals/expansions and sales planning.
• Willingness to travel across ANZ as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create enablement strategies aligned to customer segments, business priorities, technical maturity, and talent-transformation goals.
• Translate customer outcomes into practical learning plans, capability roadmaps, and recommendations across training options, credentials, and partner delivery.
• Coordinate scheduling, communications, program quality, and seamless execution of customer development plans with Delivery and Operations teams.
• Manage and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance across training bookings, revenue, learners, credentials, and adoption.
• Serve as the voice of the customer for curriculum priorities while engaging senior leaders and executives internally and externally.
• Identify capability gaps and work with account teams on targeted enablement interventions.
