Job summary

Australia Post is seeking a Manager Performance to join our Delivery Partners team within Network Operations. You will own the performance framework across the national Delivery Partner network, using data, governance routines and cross-functional collaboration to improve service, cost, safety and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and embed performance frameworks, KPIs and governance routines that drive accountability and operational excellence through Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Business Reviews.
• Lead initiatives that improve Delivery Partner on the road and during loading time, driver productivity, and customer outcomes.
• Use data and insights to identify performance gaps, uncover root causes and implement scalable solutions across the network.
