Job summary

Leaders in Sydney is seeking an experienced client-facing professional to help customers transform operations with innovative solutions. You will build strong relationships with executive stakeholders and coordinate service delivery to meet strategic priorities.

Responsibilities include incident and problem management, coordinating resources, and leading quarterly business reviews to demonstrate value and drive adoption of solutions with a focus on networking and Cisco technologies.

Qualifications

  • Excellent presentation skills for engaging senior management and exec stakeholders.
  • Strong account and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proven incident and problem management experience in complex support environments.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and perform under pressure.
  • ITIL and/or project management certifications pursued or held.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts; Cisco experience valued.

  • Coordinates resources to resolve incidents quickly, maximizing service availability and minimizing business impact.
  • Acts as the primary escalation point, providing regular updates and post-incident analysis.
  • Manages and aligns resources, including Asset Managers, Learning Advisors, and Network Engineers.
  • Leads the operational component of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), demonstrating value and strengthening customer trust.
  • Drives adoption by understanding customer business objectives and aligning solutions to support operational and strategic outcomes.

  • Effective at collaborating with cross-functional teams and performing under pressure in fast-paced settings.
  • Holds, or is working toward, ITIL and/or project management certifications.
  • Strong understanding of technology, networking concepts, and services, with Cisco product experience highly valued.
