• Experience leading multiple scrum teams in an agile project environment.
• Ability to coordinate complex ICT projects and manage risks.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating multiple scrum teams in an agile project environment.
• Managing project scope and timeline via sprint and release planning.
• Coordinating sprints and retrospective meetings.
• Supporting product owners to develop and manage backlogs.
• Guiding design teams to higher scrum maturity.
• Helping build a productive environment with accountability for the product.
• Managing governance, stage gates, and reporting against Agency frameworks.
