Job summary

WattleCore Technologies Pty Ltd is seeking an EL1 Delivery Manager in Canberra to lead multiple Scrum teams delivering large ICT projects for the NDIA. The role requires deep Agile expertise, SAFe experience, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Hybrid work is available with a minimum three days in-office per week. Responsibilities include coordinating sprints, managing scope and timelines, and guiding teams to higher scrum maturity.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in delivering complex projects with Agile/SAFe in a government context.
• Experience leading technical implementations, especially enterprise financial platforms.
• Proven ability to collaborate with business analysts to prep user stories for sprints.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate multiple scrum teams in an agile project environment.
• Manage project scope and timeline through sprint and release planning.
• Coordinate sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Support product owners to develop and manage backlogs.
• Guide design teams to higher scrum maturity.
• Foster a productive environment with accountable team members.
• Governance, stage gates and reporting per Agency frameworks.
