Softtest pays pty ltd seeks an EL1 Scrum Master (Labour Hire) to lead agile teams delivering large ICT projects for the NDIA in Australia. The role requires coordinating scrum teams, engaging with BAs, QA, Service Design, UX/UI and Development Teams under the Project Manager, and providing servant leadership to maximize delivery performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading agile teams in ICT projects.
• Ability to coordinate multiple project teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with burndown charts and agile artefacts.

Responsabilités

• Lead one or more squads in an Agile project environment.
• Manage backlog and velocity reporting.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, Service Design, UX/UI and Development Teams.
• Coordinate and lead sprints and retrospectives.
• Support Product Owners to manage backlogs and remove barriers.
• Coach teams in Scrum practices.
• Governance, stage gates and reporting against Agency frameworks.
