The EL1 Delivery Manager (Labour Hire) at Softtest pays pty ltd will lead and coordinate scrum teams to deliver large ICT projects for the NDIA in Canberra. Qualifications

• Experience coordinating Scrum teams in agile environments.
• Ability to manage scope and timelines in sprints.

Responsabilités

• Facilitating multiple scrum teams in an agile project environment.
• Managing project scope and timeline via sprint and release planning.
• Coordinating sprints and retrospective meetings.
• Supporting the product owners to develop and manage product backlogs, new requests and remove barriers.
• Guiding design teams to higher scrum maturity.
• Helping to build a productive environment where team members have accountability for the product.
• Managing the governance, stage gates and reporting of the project against Agency frameworks and escalating concerns, as necessary.
• Coaching team members in agile frameworks and scrum practices.
