Job summary

Grove Group is seeking an organised and proactive Delivery Manager to join our Operations team based onsite in Pakenham. You will coordinate the delivery and installation of portable buildings across Victoria, working closely with customers, transport providers, installers and internal teams to keep projects safe, on schedule and to a high standard.

This role requires strong coordination, excellent communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport, logistics, delivery coordination or scheduling.
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, transport or warehousing preferred.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication with customers, drivers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience using logistics or transport management systems.
• Proactive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and dispatch of building deliveries across Victoria.
• Manage installation crew and installation calendar.
• Schedule on-site installation with teams; ensure on-time completion.
• Arrange install materials packing and delivery to site.
• Liaise with customers to confirm delivery and installation dates.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation and fatigue management for crews.
• Respond promptly to scheduling changes and issues.
• Act as primary contact for the transport management system.
• Maintain records for site storage, plans and access requirements.
• Support Operations with admin and coordination tasks.

Job description

Grove Group is seeking an organised and proactive Delivery Manager to join our Operations team based in Onsite in Pakenham.

This is a key role responsible for coordinating the delivery and installation of our portable buildings across Victoria. Working closely with customers, transport providers, installers and internal teams, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate the scheduling and dispatch of building deliveries across Victoria.

Manage the installation crew and installation calendar.

Schedule installation works with onsite teams and ensure projects are completed on time.

Arrange for install materials to be packed and delivered to site.

Liaise with customers to confirm delivery and installation dates while providing outstanding customer service.

Coordinate travel, accommodation and fatigue management requirements for installation crews.

Respond promptly to scheduling changes and operational issues, ensuring minimal disruption to projects.

Act as the primary point of contact for our internal transport management system.

Maintain accurate records relating to site storage, building identification, site plans and access requirements.

Support the wider Operations team with administrative and project coordination tasks as required.

About you

Previous experience in a transport, logistics, delivery coordination or scheduling role.

Experience within manufacturing, construction, transport or warehousing industries (preferred).

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with customers, drivers, installers and internal stakeholders.

Experience using logistics, freight or transport management systems.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
