Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking a Delivery Lead to steer a large-scale data migration and transformation program from Sydney CBD. This 7-month contract offers hybrid working arrangement (2-3 days onsite, 2 days WFH) and a leadership role across cross-functional teams, governance, risk and agile delivery.

You will collaborate with executives, drive strategic outcomes, security and regulatory compliance, and leverage cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure) to deliver enterprise data initiatives in a complex

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology delivery experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise data migration as Delivery Lead or equivalent.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Cloud experience across major platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS).
• Background in Insurance, Banking or Financial Services is preferred.
• Experience with Google Data Platform is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a large-scale data migration and transformation program.

The Opportunity

As the Delivery Lead, you will lead the delivery of a large-scale data migration and transformation program, managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams to achieve successful outcomes. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will drive governance, planning, risk management and agile delivery across the full project lifecycle. You will also oversee migration, reconciliation and cutover activities while ensuring compliance with enterprise security, risk and regulatory standards.
