Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Technology Delivery, Project Management or Digital Transformation.
• Experience working within a large, complex or matrixed organisation.
• Strong Agile delivery experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, squads or technology teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage RAID, dependencies, actions and delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of 1–2 squads.
• Coordinate Agile delivery activities including sprint planning and delivery ceremonies.
• Maintain and manage RAID logs, actions, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Facilitate issue resolution and proactively remove delivery blockers.
• Coordinate cross-stream meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-up actions.
• Gather stream-level updates and contribute to program reporting and presentations.
• Track timelines, deliverables and outstanding actions across multiple workstreams.
• Support the Senior Delivery Lead and Program Manager with the overall Program Plan.
• Manage project documentation, repositories and delivery artefacts.
• Work with other Delivery Leads to manage inter- and intra-stream dependencies.
• Collaborate with Program Managers, Product Managers and business and technology SMEs.

Looking for a Junior Delivery Lead to join a large-scale transformation program, supporting the delivery of multiple technology and integration streams within a complex, matrixed environment.

This is a hands-on delivery role suited to someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex programs, coordinating multiple teams, driving actions and keeping delivery moving.

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Delivery Lead, you will take ownership of the day-to-day delivery activities for 1-2 squads, while also supporting coordination and governance across the broader program.

You will work closely with Delivery Leads, Program Managers, Product Managers and business and technology SMEs to ensure dependencies are managed, issues are resolved and key milestones remain on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of 1-2 squads.

About You

You will be a proactive and highly organised delivery professional who is comfortable working across multiple teams and managing competing priorities.

You will have:

• A background in Technology Delivery, Project Management or Digital Transformation.
• Experience working within a large, complex or matrixed organisation.
• Strong Agile delivery experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, squads or technology teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage RAID, dependencies, actions and delivery plans.
• A hands-on approach and willingness to get into the detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
• The confidence to proactively chase actions, challenge delays and escalatwhere required.
