About the Role

We’re looking for a Delivery Lead (Project Manager) to join our team and lead a series of technology migration and upgrade projects. This role is hands-on and collaborative, working across teams to coordinate logistics, manage stakeholders, and ensure smooth delivery of key initiatives. You’ll report to Adrian and play a central role in planning, tracking, and transitioning services, while keeping everything aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of multiple technology and workspace projects, including:
• (Windows 10 to Windows 11 SOE refresh
• Device refresh as part of Windows 11 SOE refresh
• Meeting room upgrades across our offices
• Migration from Serraview to Cisco Spaces
• Implementation of new Visitor Management System)
• Manage project planning, scheduling, and service transition activities
• Coordinate with internal teams, building management, and external vendors
• Track project progress, financials, and benefits realisation
• Prepare and present updates to the Project Steering Committee (PSC)
• Oversee communications, stakeholder engagement, and change management
• Use JIRA boards to manage tasks, timelines, and team coordination

Skills & Experience

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in project delivery, coordination, or change management
• Familiarity with JIRA and agile delivery tools
• Excellent time management and scheduling abilities
• Understanding of technology environments and service transition
• Ability to manage budgets, POs, and vendor relationships
