The Role:

As a QA Delivery Lead, you’ll work closely with engineering, DevOps, and the CTO to drive quality across multiple teams. You will own the end-to-end QA strategy, scale automation, oversee release readiness, and lead a talented team in a continuous deployment environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead QA practices across multiple squads to ensure consistent quality standards
• Define and implement scalable and maintainable testing strategies
• Own the roadmap for automation and integrate it into CI/CD pipelines
• Plan and execute manual and automated testing for backend, frontend, and APIs
• Explore and implement AI-driven tools to enhance testing efficiency
• Oversee release processes with quality gates, milestones, and reporting

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in QA leadership or delivery roles
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
• Expertise in manual and automated testing including regression, performance, and exploratory
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
• Proficiency in automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
• Experience with cloud-native applications, preferably in AWS environments
