Job summary
Knauf Australia is seeking a Delivery Driver Offsider based at Woodville North to join the team. You will assist with manual unloading of plasterboard and related materials at building sites and customer locations, working with the driver in a small crew.
The role requires safe loading/unloading, accurate delivery records, light warehouse duties, and excellent customer service during deliveries. The position operates Mon-Fri, 6am-3pm, with a pay rate of $34 per hour plus super and allowances.
Qualifications
- Full and unrestricted Australian working rights
- Police Check required
- MR Truck Licence advantageous
- Forklift Licence advantageous
- Physically fit and able to undertake large amounts of daily manual handling
- Successful completion of pre-employment medical
Responsibilities
- Safely transporting goods to designated locations
- Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage
- Maintain accurate delivery records and complete necessary paperwork
- Maintain operational equipment and report any faults or damage to management
- General warehouse duties and housekeeping
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries
