Stratco (Australia) Pty Limited is seeking an experienced Delivery Driver for the Fyshwick site in Canberra. You will be part of the logistics team, assisting with packaging, loading and delivering products to trade and retail customers, reporting to the ACT Branch Manager.

You will work to strict safety rules, maintain logs, and coordinate with loading teams to ensure accurate deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Problem solving to meet customer needs.
• Able to work autonomously with a strong work ethic.
• MC or HC license is essential; forklift is a plus.
• Dogging certificate preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist with loading and placement of finished goods onto delivery vehicles.
• Secure loads and prepare the shipment manifest.
• Deliver and unload goods at customer premises as required.
• Scan and update records and manifests.
• Maintain vehicle and driver logs.
• Support housekeeping and general site tasks.
• Collaborate with team members and other business areas.
• Act in line with Stratco's safety rules to ensure a safe workplace.

THE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Delivery Driver based out of our Fyshwick site. This position involves working as part of our collaborative team - reporting to the ACT Branch Manager.

As a Delivery Driver you will be a member of our logistics team and be required to assist with packaging, loading and delivery of products to our trade and retail customer base.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work in partnership with the loading team to locate finished goods and assist with placement onto delivery vehicles
• Secure load and prepare manifest
• Deliver and unload goods at customer premises as required
• Scan and update records and manifests
• Maintain vehicle and driver logs
• General housekeeping activities
• Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
• Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

ABOUT YOU

• A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet the customers' needs
• Enthusiastic with a strong work ethic
• Enjoys working autonomously
• CV license or crane truck experience highly advantageous
• MC or HC license essential
• Forklift ticket whilst preferred is not essential
• Dogging certificate (preferred)
