Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a Delivery Director to lead the M6 Stage 1 project, guiding delivery, safety and quality across a major motorway infrastructure program. Based in Mascot, this fixed-term role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management and a proven track record in large-scale road and tunnel projects.

The role reports to the Project Director and works with the Head Contractor and Transport branches to ensure the project’s objectives are met within budget and schedule,

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in the design and delivery of motorway construction projects.
• Experience across all stages of a complex infrastructure megaproject lifecycle.
• Knowledge of legislation and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for delivery to time, cost, safety and quality targets.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across functions and with the Head Contractor.
• Deliver on key objectives for the project and division in consultation with the Project Director.
