Qualifications

• Experience supporting Defence projects, governance, logistics, or procurement.
• Strong written and verbal communication for professional documentation and stakeholder correspondence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist procurement processes including RFQs, RFTs, and contract administration.
• Support equipment lifecycle activities such as warranty, tracking, and disposal.
• Prepare briefs, reports, and project documentation for governance and risk management.
• Build relationships with Defence stakeholders and industry partners.
