Babcock International Group in Australia seeks a Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex defence-focused work packages, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure safety, schedule, budget and high-quality outcomes. The role is hybrid with on-site leadership at Woodville North and related sites.

You will drive collaboration across engineering, production, procurement, quality and logistics, manage milestones, and uphold rigorous standards in a dynamic defence

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex projects in multidisciplinary environments.
• Strong technical background across lifecycle phases from planning through sustainment.
• Experience with diverse project delivery methodologies.
• Cross-functional lifecycle awareness with engineering, production, procurement, quality, commercial and logistics.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Defence industry experience and ASDEFCON familiarity desirable.
• Maritime/shipbuilding/defence program exposure desirable.
• Australian Citizenship with Defence Security Clearance or eligibility.
• Bachelors or Diploma in Project Management.
• AIPM CPPM or PMI PMP certification.

• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards.
