Job summary

Babcock International Group, a leading aerospace and defence company, is seeking a Project Manager in Australia to lead day-to-day delivery of complex work scopes within the Hunter Class Systems program. The role is hybrid, onsite and remote capable, focusing on maintaining safety, schedule, budget, and quality while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

You will bring proven project management experience in dynamic environments, a strong technical background across lifecycle

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex projects in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.
• Strong technical background across lifecycle phases from planning to sustainment.
• Knowledge of project delivery methodologies and cross-functional interdependencies.
• Australian Citizenship with Defence clearance or eligibility.
• Bachelor/Diploma in PM with CPPM or PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of allocated work scopes.
• Drive successful delivery while building relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure safety, schedule, budget and quality.
• Provide central visibility of project objectives and outcomes.
