Lead Tier 1/2 contractor with a proven track record delivering $100M+ Defence or similarly complex government infrastructure projects and take full ownership of a major program.

Qualifications

• Delivery of a $200M+ Defence construction project under senior leadership.
• Experience leading Tier 1/2 principal contractor projects above $100M.
• Strong commercial, procurement, and safety management capabilities.
• Australian citizenship and ability to obtain government security clearance.
• Australian-owned contractor with 40+ years in Defence infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Overall program, commercial and financial performance oversight.
• Lead resources, drive team integration, and mentor staff.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and construction methodology adherence.
• Secure stakeholder alignment and reporting to senior management.
• Manage procurement and forecasting for major project delivery.
