Icon Group is seeking a Contract Administrator to support a Defence project in NSW, with flexibility for Sydney-based remote work or onsite Bandiana duty. You’ll manage contracts, variations and payments within a collaborative project team, ensuring commercial compliance and risk mitigation.

Ideal candidates have a solid background in construction contract administration and strong stakeholder management, with Defence exposure viewed favorably but not essential.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years’ Contract Administration experience within construction.
• Experience on medium to large-scale construction projects.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Experience managing variations, claims and subcontractor packages.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, detail-focused approach.
• Defence project experience is highly regarded but not essential.
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related discipline preferred.

• Administer construction contracts across the Defence project
• Manage variations, claims and contractual compliance
• Prepare and assess progress claims and payment certificates
• Work with the project team on commercial and contractual matters
• Monitor subcontractor performance and contractual obligations
• Build relationships with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders
• Identify contractual risks and mitigation strategies
• Assist with resolution of contractual issues and disputes
• Maintain accurate commercial and contract documentation
