Job summary

Amentum is seeking a LAND 6504 Modelling and Simulation SME to provide specialist advice across modelling and simulation, capability analysis, operational effectiveness assessment and validation. The role involves collecting data from Defence and industry stakeholders, developing FPS requirements and conducting simulations to support acquisition decisions.

Applicants should have minimum NV1 clearance (NV2 preferred), be able to work five days per week at Brindabella Business Park, and possess at

Qualifications

• NV1 clearance, ability to obtain NV2 (NV2 preferred).
• Minimum 6 years' experience, preferably within Defence.
• Experience in complex acquisition projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify capability systems, sub-systems, operational functions and performance measures for LAND 6504.
• Collect and analyse technical, operational and simulation data from Defence, Industry, OEM and FMS stakeholders.
• Develop modelling and simulation requirements supporting capability assessment and acquisition activities.
• Lead modelling and simulation trade studies to assess alternative solutions and architectures.
• Present modelling outcomes and recommendations to Defence stakeholders.
