Job summary

KBR is seeking an Assistant Project Manager - Defence & Infrastructure to join our Infrastructure Solutions team. You will support tender, bid responses and later assist with delivering capital works and facilities for Commonwealth Government clients, including Defence, across major Australian cities.

In this role you will coordinate inputs, manage documentation, and work within multidisciplinary teams to ensure project delivery, governance and stakeholder engagement align with internal policies

Qualifications

• Experience supporting tender and bid responses for capital works or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in project management, coordination, contract administration or program support.
• Exposure to government approvals processes and client coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support tender, capture and bid responses, coordinating inputs and submission docs
• Plan and coordinate project, contract administration and program support activities
• Coordinate inputs across multidisciplinary teams and partners
• Prepare and manage bid, project and contract documentation
• Support project delivery through coordination, document control and risk tracking
• Assist with procurement activities and client approvals
• Support day-to-day client communication and reporting
• Contribute to proposal development including resourcing and schedules
• Build strong working relationships across teams and clients
