KBR’s Infrastructure Solutions in Australia is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support tender and bid responses and help deliver capital works, facilities and infrastructure projects for Commonwealth Government clients, including Defence. You will join multidisciplinary teams to coordinate proposal inputs, documentation and reporting.

The role covers bids, design, procurement, contract administration and project delivery, with opportunities to work with design services groups and to gain

Formación

• Experience supporting tender and bid responses for Commonwealth Government projects, including Defence
• Experience in project coordination, contract administration or program support
• Exposure to government approvals processes, office fitouts, construction projects, subcontractor management and stakeholder coordination
• Ability to operate within structured project/program management frameworks
• Engineering degree, project management or related experience or equivalent

Responsabilidades

• Support tender, capture and bid responses, coordinating inputs, methodology content, programs and submission documentation
• Plan and coordinate project, contract administration and program support activities per governance requirements
• Coordinate inputs across multidisciplinary teams, design services specialists, subcontractors and JV partners
• Prepare and manage bid, project and contract documentation, including reports and procurement records
• Support project delivery through document control, risk tracking and approvals
• Assist with procurement activities and client approvals
• Maintain client communication and stakeholder engagement to ensure satisfaction
• Contribute to proposal development, including resourcing, schedules and cost inputs
