Compass Group Pty Limited is hiring a Food & Beverage Supervisor at HMAS Albatross, Nowra, a full-time leadership role within Defence hospitality. You will supervise daily operations, lead a hospitality team, and ensure outstanding service across dining facilities while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor, Team Leader or similar hospitality role
• Minimum one year of supervision or leadership experience preferred
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communication skills with sound computer literacy, including email and basic systems
• Knowledge of dietary requirements, allergen management and food safety standards
• Positive, proactive and customer-focused approach
• Current driver's licence and full Australian working rights
• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance

• Supervise and support day-to-day food and beverage operations
