Compass Group Pty Limited at Randwick Barracks is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead front‑of‑house operations and supervise service across dining facilities. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.

This full‑time leadership position requires hands‑on team leadership, rostering, and strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. RSA and background checks are required.

Competenze

• Experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or Team Leader in hospitality.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Sound knowledge of food safety, HACCP and allergen management.
• Experience with rostering and daily operations.
• Strong organisational skills with competing priorities.
• Hold a current RSA or be willing to obtain one.
• Ability to obtain National Police Check and Defence Baseline Clearance.
