Job summary

Compass Group is seeking an experienced Chef to join HMAS Albatross, Nowra, in a casual, flexible kitchen role. You will prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets, maintain high HACCP standards and contribute to a supportive, training-focused team environment.

This position offers flexible casual shifts within Defence kitchen operations, with opportunities for career progression and on-site parking. Ideal candidates hold Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and are comfortable in fast-paced

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery completed or equivalent.
• Experience in commercial kitchens, catering or bulk food production.
