Job summary

Cleared ICT in Brisbane seeks RF, Electronics or Communications Technicians to maintain, upgrade and deploy SATCOM/radar systems and specialised military communications for the ADF. Based in the Brisbane suburbs, you will join the technical maintenance team on a full-time permanent basis.

Must be an Australian Citizen eligible for a Defence clearance. Required Advanced Diploma in Engineering or Electronics, technical trade in electronics, IPC-A-610 or MIL-STD certification, ability to read

Qualifications

• Experience in RF, analogue/digital circuitry and related testing.
• Ability to read technical instructions and drawings.
• Strong communication and data collection skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete manufacturing, testing, tuning and integration of electronic modules and systems.
• Conduct RF, digital and analogue testing with accuracy and efficiency.
• Collect data from tests and communicate findings to engineers and peers.
• Assist in root-cause analysis and corrective actions for failures.
• Support continuous improvement projects to enhance quality and reduce waste.
