Job summary
Accenture Australia is expanding its Defence Digital Engineering capability, seeking an experienced consulting leader to build and grow the Defence, Digital & Engineering business in Australia.
You will lead relationships across Defence and government, identify opportunities, win work and grow a team around you, collaborating with engineering, cloud, security, AI and technology practices to deliver integrated outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience in leading consulting or professional services organisations.
- Strong Defence industry network and established client relationships.
- Experience developing business, originating opportunities and contributing to revenue growth.
- Strong executive stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Experience leading complex transformation, engineering or technology programs.
Responsibilities
- Grow and shape Accenture's Defence Digital Engineering practice.
- Develop trusted relationships across Defence, Defence Industry and government stakeholders.
- Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Lead strategic client conversations and develop consulting-led solutions.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams across engineering, digital and defence consulting disciplines.
- Partner with Engineering, Cloud, Security, AI and Technology practices to deliver integrated client outcomes.
- Support major Defence pursuits, proposals and business development activities.
- Help establish Accenture as a recognised leader in Defence Digital Engineering across Australia.
