Job summary

Ventia in Melbourne is seeking a Compliance & Performance Assistant to support delivery of compliance, governance, reporting and performance activities under the Defence Clothing System (DCS) contract. You will collaborate with operational and leadership teams to monitor performance and maintain compliance frameworks.

You will work closely with stakeholders, develop reporting, analyse KPI data and support continuous improvement initiatives in a Defence services environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience interpreting policies and governance requirements is beneficial.
• Experience in a logistics or supply chain environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance monitoring across all contracted DCS services.
• Assist with the interpretation and application of Defence and Ventia policies and governance requirements.
• Maintain compliance, auditing and reporting systems.
• Collect, analyse and report on KPI and performance data.
• Assist in the preparation of compliance and performance reports.
• Identify compliance risks and support mitigation activities.
• Provide administrative and analytical support to key stakeholders.
• Promote service excellence and a positive customer experience.
