We are seeking a Compliance & Performance Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a background in logistics, compliance, or performance reporting who is looking to build their career within a leading Defence services organisation. This is a Permanent Full-time position and will be based out of Victoria Barracks, Melbourne.
Reporting to the Compliance & Performance Manager, you will support the delivery of compliance, governance, reporting, and performance activities across the DCS contract. You will work closely with operational and leadership teams to monitor contract performance, maintain compliance frameworks, analyse KPI data, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
You are a proactive and analytical professional who enjoys working with data, reporting, and compliance frameworks. You have strong stakeholder engagement skills and can effectively collaborate across a range of operational and management teams.
