Job summary

Azooa is seeking an experienced Introduction Into Service SME to support the LC4 Program in Canberra. You will coordinate transition activities to operational service and ensure sustainment, training, and governance are in place.

Engagement is a full-time contract with security clearance NV1 and primarily Commonwealth premises, with potential flexible work. The role develops readiness artefacts and reports to senior stakeholders within Defence structures.

Qualifications

• Formal qualifications in project management, logistics, engineering, systems, business management or related discipline.
• Experience coordinating transition activities across multiple organisations and stakeholder groups.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Introduction Into Service plans, schedules and readiness artefacts.
• Coordinate activities to achieve capability transition milestones and decision points.
• Support transition of interim and enduring capability solutions.
• Align transition activities with governance requirements and policy.
