Job summary

Visy Group is seeking a Decorator Operator to maintain and operate the Can Decorator, producing high-quality packaging products while maximising reliability and minimising downtime. You will support safety standards and quality control in a highly automated plant.

The role involves safe operation, preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, and collaboration with production teams to improve efficiency on a 12-hour rotating roster.

• Forklift license (desirable)

About the opportunity:

As a Decorator Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating the Can Decorator to produce high-quality product, maximise reliability, minimise downtime and support quality and safety standards.

• Rotating Shift: 12-hour shifts on a 3-week rotating roster (5.5-day week)

• Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective solutions
