Job summary

carsales is seeking a Customer Success Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will partner with automotive dealers to maximise value from their carsales subscription, managing a portfolio of 300 dealer customers and becoming their trusted adviser.

You'll work closely with Sales, Advertising and Onboarding teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, using data-driven insights to improve product adoption, engagement and long-term success while enjoying flexible hybrid working

Qualifications

Experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Client Services in SaaS/tech.
Strong relationship-building and goal-oriented mindset.
Comfort using data to identify opportunities and demonstrate value.
Excellent communication and ability to engage customers remotely.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of 300 automotive dealer customers, building trusted relationships digitally.
Become the primary point of contact, providing proactive support and tailored solutions.
Use customer insights and performance data to improve product adoption and retention.
Educate customers on features and maximise the value of their subscription.
Identify opportunities to grow customer value via subscriptions and additional products.
Collaborate with Advertising, Account Execs and Onboarding teams to ensure a seamless experience.
