Job summary

Zeekr International in Sydney is seeking a Sales Commercial and Rebate Coordinator to manage dealer rebates, customer benefits and sales incentives. The role requires meticulous numerical accuracy and proactive coordination across Dealers, Finance, Logistics and external suppliers to ensure timely and compliant payments.

You will act as primary contact for rebate calculations, reconciliations and documentation, while contributing to KPI reporting, dealer performance and management reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical and analytical capability.
• Good Excel skills and ability to work with sales, operations and finance data.
• Ability to reconcile invoices, data and commercial terms and identify discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and validate monthly dealer rebates, sales incentives and other programs.
• Communicate rebate results and coordinate with dealers to reconcile differences.
• Validate customer benefits, KPI incentives and policy requirements.
• Coordinate supplier payment validation and invoice reconciliation within Finance.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports covering dealer performance and KPIs.
• Support continuous improvements in rebate, payment, validation and reconciliation processes.
