Working across AGCO brands and in close partnership with Sales, Service, Parts, Finance and Legal, you will shape a high-performing, commercially healthy and future-ready dealer network that delivers sustainable growth for AGCO, our dealers and our customers.
Our dealer network is fundamental to how AGCO reaches and supports farmers throughout ANZ. This role provides the strategic and commercial leadership needed to improve market coverage, lift dealer performance, grow market share and build a stronger, more sustainable sales channel.
You will work directly with dealer principals and business leaders to understand financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, develop practical improvement plans and make informed decisions about the future shape of the network.
Execute AGCO's dealer network strategy shaping market coverage, dealer capability and long-term channel growth.
Implement training, business tools, systems and global standards that strengthen network capability, sustainability and profitability.
Partner with dealer principals and senior leaders to influence business improvement plans, strategic decisions and future network direction.
Success in this role means building a commercially viable, high-performing dealer network across Australia and New Zealand.
You are a commercially astute leader who understands how dealer and distributor businesses make money, grow sales, provide aftermarket support and remain financially sustainable.
Proven experience in growing a dealer channel, dealer management and business development
Background working with dealers, distributors or OEM environments, ideally in agricultural machinery, construction equipment, automotive, trucks or a similar sector.
Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to understand profitability, business performance and growth opportunities across medium, large and corporate businesses.
Demonstrated success in lifting dealer, distributor or channel performance and delivering sustainable market growth.
Confident influencing and partnering with dealer principals, senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive practical commercial outcomes.
A bachelor's degree in agriculture, Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
