We are looking for a Business Analyst , Distribution Management (ESEA) to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our dealer network and internal partners, turning data into insight and insight into action helping our business grow while keeping farmers at the heart of everything we do.
Support the Distribution Management network transformation and performance goals for the region through market analytics, dealer performance insights, and delivery of key initiatives and projects across the dealer network. The role provides both remote and some in-field support, including face-to-face meetings with dealers, and partners across functions (Sales, Product Marketing, Parts, Service, Finance and more).
Deliver data-driven insights and practical, hands-on support that help our dealer network and internal teams execute growth and performance plans, putting farmers first, working together, and openly sharing diverse perspectives, across office-based work, remote support and on-site dealer engagement.
Reporting line: Reports to the Sn Director of Distribution Management, APA.
Key stakeholders: Distribution Managers and Cluster Lead; Sales; Product Marketing; Parts; Service; Finance; internal staff and external service providers supporting dealer quality improvement.
You’ll be part of a collaborative Distribution Management team helping shape the dealer network and lift performance through better insights, disciplined execution, and strong governance. This is a role where your analysis directly supports decision‑making and where your work with dealers helps deliver real, measurable improvement.
