AirTrunk in Hobart seeks a DCS Service Engineer to maintain Distributed Control System and Central Monitoring System infrastructure across Australia’s hyperscale data centres. You will optimise performance, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with site operations.

Bring 3+ years of Niagara experience, BACnet/Modbus knowledge, and strong PLC/DDC skills. This role offers a hands-on, fast-paced environment in a growing regional leader.

Formación

• 3+ years of maintenance, programming and integration of Tridium Niagara based control systems.
• Experience with DCS/CMS, BACnet, Modbus and SCADA environments.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, UPS and plant control strategies.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in PLC logic and DDC/visual logic, with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Fully maintain DCS and CMS across multiple sites, including backups and firmware updates.
• Lead system optimization, risk mitigation and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Handle incident management from L1 to L3 with timely resolution.
• Address Niagara diagnostics and ensure robust communication protocols.
• Collaborate with site operations during maintenance activities and build confidence in system operations.
• Lead and support DCS-related projects for performance and reliability improvements.
