Job summary

AirTrunk is seeking a DCS Service Engineer to maintain and optimise Niagara-based control systems across multiple data centre sites. You will join the Technical Operations team and report to the DCS Regional Manager, contributing to reliability and performance of critical data centre infrastructure.

The role emphasizes maintenance, root-cause analysis, and small project work, with collaboration across Asia, Australia and India, using DCS, CMS, BACnet/Modbus, and various BMS platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience maintaining Tridium Niagara control systems.
• Data centre infrastructure exposure and redundancy awareness.
• Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, DNP3 protocols.
• Ability to interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and specs.
• Hands-on DDC/PLC logic implementation.
• Strong communication across multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• DCS and CMS maintenance across sites, backups, firmware updates, and cyber compliance.
• Lead small improvement projects to boost system performance and efficiency.
• Provide L1–L3 technical support across site teams and locations.
• Address Niagara performance issues and optimise communication protocols.
• Collaborate with site operations during maintenance to build confidence in system operations.
• Deliver project delivery and change management for DCS-related improvements.
