Job summary

R.M.Williams is seeking a DC Inventory Specialist to ensure accurate stock management, movement and availability across the Distribution Centre. You will work at the core of inventory, systems and replenishment to keep stock flowing efficiently and support customer orders.

The role involves investigating variances, improving stock accuracy and collaborating with DC leaders and operations teams. You’ll be hands-on with inventory data and reporting tools, using M3 ERP and related systems to drive

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control or warehouse/distribution centre operations.
• Experience with stock replenishment, stocktakes and cycle counts.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and maintain stock records across the DC using M3 ERP and related systems.
• Coordinate replenishment between bulk storage, DCs and locations to support availability and order fulfilment.
• Review reports and use data to support service levels and operations.
• Investigate variances, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Develop reporting tools to provide insights on inventory trends and risks.
