Isuzu Australia Ltd is seeking a motivated Supply Chain DC Operations Coordinator to support the national parts distribution centre in Truganina. You will handle warehouse administration, inventory integrity, dealer credits, inbound shipments, and performance reporting while working with our 3PL and internal stakeholders.

The role offers hybrid work arrangements, with full-time office presence initially and two days from home after six months, plus market-leading remuneration and wellbeing

Qualifikationen

• Experience in warehouse operations, distribution centre administration or inventory control
• Strong investigation and problem solving to resolve discrepancies
• Excellent data accuracy and record-keeping
• Good computer skills with warehouse management systems, spreadsheets and reports
• Strong organisational and time management skills with multiple priorities
• Experience in automotive or commercial vehicle parts industry is advantageous

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and process dealer credit claims, stock returns and annual dealer stock swaps.
• Investigate warehouse and supplier discrepancies, manage NCRs and coordinate corrective actions.
• Process inbound shipment documentation and maintain records for local and international parts deliveries.
• Support inventory integrity initiatives including stock investigations and cycle counts.
• Monitor inbound warehouse KPIs and identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with 3PL to resolve operational issues and maintain efficient processes.
• Assist with administration and coordination of distributor orders, freight, and shipping documents.
• Prepare operational reports and support audits, quality requirements, and compliance activities.
