Job summary

Cummins Inc. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract at Scoresby, VIC. You will coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and kitting while leading a small team on-site. Strong emphasis on safety, accuracy and customer service is required.

You will work with the Logistics Team Lead to drive efficient operations, workforce planning, and continuous improvement, with a focus on SAP-based systems and warehouse equipment handling.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing a small team, with a strong focus on customer service.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and collaborate across multiple teams.
• A current HR forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one, and experience operating warehouse equipment.
• The ability to learn new systems, with SAP or other warehouse management system experience highly regarded.
• First Aid Certificate would be beneficial but is not essential.

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract, with an ASAP start, to join our Scoresby, VIC team. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and kitting activities while leading and supporting a small team.

Working closely with the Logistics Team Lead, you'll help ensure the warehouse operates safely and efficiently while delivering a high standard of service to internal and external customers.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment, ideally in a coordination or leadership role
