Job summary

Cummins Inc. in Scoresby, VIC is seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract starting ASAP. This hands-on leadership role will drive day-to-day operations across inbound, outbound, kitting and dispatch while guiding a small team on-site.

You will ensure safe, efficient warehouse activities, maintain inventory accuracy, and support workforce planning and training to sustain high service levels for internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment, ideally in a coordination or leadership role
• Experience leading and developing a small team, with a strong focus on customer service
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and collaborate across multiple teams
• A current HR forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one, and experience operating warehouse equipment
• The ability to learn new systems, with SAP or other warehouse management system experience highly regarded
• A First Aid Certificate would be beneficial but is not essential

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract, with an ASAP start, to join our Scoresby, VIC team. In this hands‑on leadership role, you'll coordinate day‑to‑day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and kitting activities while leading and supporting a small team.

Working closely with the Logistics Team Lead, you'll help ensure the warehouse operates safely and efficiently while delivering a high standard of service to internal and external customers.
