Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
• Experience in fast-paced kitchens; aged care, healthcare, hospitality, or commercial catering desirable.
• Empathetic and dedicated to meeting individual dietary needs and preferences.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to maintain smooth operations during weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure high-quality, efficient, and timely meal services.
