Job summary

BevChain, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Linfox, seeks a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead the day‑shift team across daily operations, focusing on safety, service and performance.

You will develop the team, manage labour, rosters, and KPIs, uphold WHS standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and accurate processes.

What does the job look like?

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will lead the day-to-day warehouse operation across the day shift. You will provide hands-on leadership to the team, ensuring safety, service, productivity and customer requirements are consistently achieved.

You will oversee daily warehouse activities, manage labour and performance, and work closely with key stakeholders to ensure the shift runs smoothly. You will also play an important role in developing the team, maintaining accurate warehouse processes and supporting continuous improvement across the operation.

You are a confident and hands-on warehouse leader who can build strong relationships, set clear expectations and keep the team focused on safety, service and performance.

You can demonstrate:

• Previous leadership experience within warehousing, logistics or distribution
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and WHS requirements
• Experience managing labour, rosters, performance and KPIs
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
• Confidence managing performance and supporting team development
• Experience using WMS or SAP and Microsoft Office
• A strong customer focus and attention to detail
