Job summary

Small Animal Specialist Hospital (SASH) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the next phase of our Dayforce transformation journey. You will partner with Executive Leaders, Hospital Directors and People & Culture to stabilise payroll and workforce management, and to deploy new modules across multiple sites.

You will drive governance, budgets and timelines, aligning stakeholders and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Dayforce transformation projects.
• Strong governance, budgeting and stakeholder management.
• Experience delivering projects in an operating business.
• Experience across multiple sites or business units.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Dayforce experience highly regarded.
• PM/PRINCE2/Agile qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Payroll and WFM optimisation across the business.
• Collaborate with Dayforce specialists to resolve issues.
• Reduce manual workarounds and boost automation.
• Establish governance and support processes.
• Lead multi-site deployment and change management.
• Provide regular reporting to Executives and Steerco.
• Drive delivery across multiple workstreams.
