The Mater hospital is seeking a Day Surgery Centre Ward Clerk to join the Patient Services team in North Sydney. This full-time role focuses on administrative support, patient contact, and accurate records management within a busy admissions area.

You will assist with admissions, discharges, theatre bookings, and reception duties, contributing to a smooth patient journey and a positive hospital experience for families and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Completion of a medical terminology course (desirable)
• Previous hospital/medical environment experience (desirable)
• Excellent customer service
• Experience with Word, Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the healthcare team in busy admissions area.
