Qualificações

• Perioperative nursing experience with contemporary practice standards.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of nursing management KPIs and operational performance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with national safety standards and infection prevention.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day clinical and operational management of the day surgery service.
• Manage staffing, rostering, skill mix and payroll processes.
• Support staff development, performance and team culture.
• Build relationships with visiting specialists and the perioperative team.
• Monitor service performance, KPIs and resource use.
• Maintain patient safety and infection prevention standards.
• Drive improvements in patient experience, theatre flow and service delivery.
