Job summary

Redstone Recruitment is assisting a regional Victorian health service to recruit a Perioperative Nurse Unit Manager. You will provide strategic, clinical and operational leadership across the Operating Suite, Day Procedure Unit and Central Sterile Services Department.

The role is ideal for a dynamic peri‑operative leader ready to take the next step, with a focus on clinical excellence and operational performance in a supportive environment. ASAP start, Monday–Friday, salary up to $160,000.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration.
• Strong clinical and leadership experience in a peri‑operative setting.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and build effective partnerships.
• Experience leading quality improvement initiatives and clinical projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, clinical and operational leadership across the Operating Suite, Day Procedure Unit and Central Sterile Services Department.
• Lead a multidisciplinary perioperative team and drive operational excellence across Surgical Services.
• Influence clinical care and develop team capability in partnership with the executive team.
