Job summary

You will coach team leaders, monitor performance, drive efficiency, and coordinate with Production, QA and Planning to resolve issues and improve processes. A strong meat packaging background and HACCP knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading packing or production teams in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP and traceability requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to meet targets while maintaining quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily packing activities across multiple lines to hit targets.
• Setup lines, equipment, packaging materials, labels and specs accurately.
• Monitor speeds, output and downtime; take corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate product changeovers and minimize interruptions.
• Led and develop packing team leaders; plan staffing and rostering.
• Ensure HACCP, food safety, documentation and traceability are maintained.
