Premier Fresh Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a hands-on Shed Supervisor to lead the day-to-day packing shed operations, ensuring quality, safety and productivity in a fast-paced environment. You'll work with site management to coordinate labour and resources, develop team performance, and drive continuous improvement across the shed, starting at 7:00am.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership position.
• Experience within packing, production, agriculture, manufacturing or FMCG environments.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational setting.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
• Confidence using computer systems, including Microsoft Excel.
• A current Forklift Licence.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and coordinate daily packing shed operations.
• Lead, support and develop members of the packing shed team.
• Coordinate labour, workflow and resources to meet production requirements.
• Monitor productivity, quality and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
• Support food safety and quality assurance programs, including HACCP standards.
• Maintain operational records and assist with reporting requirements.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve safety, quality and efficiency outcomes
